ITVD is a distributed, multicultural team of IT specialists, security experts, and operations professionals, built from the ground up to support companies that work the same way.
Julien Dray spent 25 years watching how companies managed IT, first as a consultant, then as an IT Director inside organizations. He saw the same pattern everywhere: companies either overpaid for enterprise solutions they didn't need, or made do with reactive support that only showed up when something broke.
ITVD was built to close that gap. A virtual IT Department that works the way an internal team does: proactively, transparently, and as a genuine part of the business, but without the cost, the hiring process, or the overhead.
Today, ITVD supports growing companies around the world, across continents and time zones. Our clients don't think of us as a vendor. They think of us as their IT Department, because that's exactly what we are.
Our team spans three continents and six time zones. That's not a coincidence, it's how we're built to support companies with distributed, international teams. We understand the logistics of different locations, the nuances of different work cultures, and the reality of needing IT help outside of standard business hours. Founder & CEO
Julien brings 25+ years of IT experience across industries including luxury retail (Christian Louboutin), gaming, and enterprise cybersecurity. Before founding ITVD, he spent years as an IT Director inside growing companies, which is where he learned exactly what a good IT Department looks like, and what it takes to build one. He leads the ITVD team and works directly with clients on strategy, security, and complex IT projects.
Director of Operations
Arun brings 15 years of operational leadership from international non-profits and mission-driven organizations, where she built reliable, accessible systems for teams working across borders and industries. At ITVD, she oversees client operations and ensures the systems and processes behind the service run as smoothly as the service itself.
Director of Business Development
Marine spent a decade in strategy consulting, working at the intersection of business growth and operational efficiency across Europe and the US. At ITVD, she leads Business Development and Partnerships, bringing a strategic lens to how ITVD grows alongside the companies it supports.
Senior IT & Cybersecurity Lead
Bryan takes a hands-on approach to IT operations, complex support issues, and cybersecurity. He leads people and projects with a focus on the Microsoft ecosystem, supported by active Microsoft certifications. He works to keep client environments secure and make sure every project meets expectations.
IT Support Specialist
Patrick is one of the people your team will hear from most. He brings deep hands-on experience across a range of technical environments and a genuine talent for making IT approachable, whether he's running a training session, troubleshooting a complex issue, or walking someone through a new tool for the first time. Clients consistently appreciate his patience, his clarity, and his follow-through.
IT Support Specialist
John works alongside the ITVD support team to ensure clients get fast, effective help across every ticket: from routine requests to more complex technical issues. He brings a calm, methodical approach to problem-solving that clients consistently appreciate.
IT Operations Assistant
Minu supports ITVD's internal operations, helping keep the team running smoothly behind the scenes. Her attention to detail and organizational skills are a key part of how ITVD maintains consistency and quality across every client engagement.
Human Resources Partner
Magali brings 30+ years of HR leadership across Europe, supporting global firms and investment groups. At ITVD, she leads talent development, team structure, and HR strategy so clients work with skilled, reliable IT professionals.
